It has all you need, without having tons of useless extras that only make for pricey subscriptions. It helps your track your fasting time and reminds you when your fast is about to begin. It also works on Apple Watch, so you can keep track of the fasting hours. And the design is clean, elegant and uncluttered. It’s exactly what I needed!
