Mr Jeff Service
We are continuing with our washing and drycleaning service, Mr Jeff, to save you time and free you from the tedious task of washing with a very simple model:
* Our team will collect the clothes you want washing, wherever and whenever you want.
* They are cleaned at Jeff points (our own professional washing facilities) where we wash and iron clothes with the utmost care and provide a high-quality service.
* We return your clothes whenever and wherever you want within 48h.
Conveniently manage the entire process from your smartphone. Register, make a one-off order or subscribe to a monthly plan. In addition, you can ask any question you may have directly through the app.
We also have a home-collection dry cleaning service for special items like dresses, shirts, blazers and suits. You can also use our service for quilts, duvets and sheets which we’ll look after and clean using the best methods to leave them spotless.
Beauty Jeff Service
Within Jeff you can now find Beauty Jeff, our specialised service to take care of your day-to-day beauty needs. Thanks to our salons, we’ll always be close by to offer haircuts for women, men and children, hairstyling, root-colouring, highlights, manicures and eyebrow shaping.
Enjoying the Beauty Jeff experience is very simple:
* Open the app and find out about available salon services, prices and timetables.
* Find your nearest beauty centre and take a turn with just a few clicks.
* We’ll notify you when your turn is coming up, with enough time to get to the Beauty centre.
* Our beauty specialist will be ready to offer you whichever service you need.
The booking process is done through your mobile, with no need for calls or reservations in advance. If you have a change of plan you can cancel through the app with the click of a button.
Pay quickly and easily with card or cash. Furthermore, we offer highly competitive prices as we adjust them carefully to the local market in each country.

Qualidade de atendimento
Olá
Utilizei 1 vez os serviços de vocês e fiquei encantada com a facilidade.
Mas desde que atualizou o site, tenho tido alguns problemas.
O primeiro deles é que recebi um cupom ao indicar a Jeff para amigos.
Este cupom CRISTIANEL04, quando fui utilizá-lo, informou que eu já havia utilizado, Como se eu fiz u único pedido?
O Segundo cupom MRJEFFNOW, informa que parece que houve um erro, tente novamente. Fiz e refiz as operações, mas não consegui.
O segundo é que acho muito ruim não ter um canal de comunicação com o cliente, telefone SAC, ou qualquer coisa desse tipo. Mesmo que eu tente falar com a loja mais próxima, é um número que ninguém atende. Acho isso bem desrespeitoso com o consumidor.
Enfim, de encantamento à decepção, o fato é que me desencantei muito rápido e sinceramente, se continuarem o atendimento dessa forma, acho difícil que as pessoas continuem indicando. Eu mesma, já não indicaria.
Vocês poderiam melhorar o atendimento criando canais reais pra falar com o cliente. A modernidade é maravilhosa, desde que o consumidor não tenha limitações em seus canais de comunicação.
