Problema para acessar pela rede móvel 3g/4g
Não estou mais conseguindo acessar as câmeras através da rede de telefonia móvel 3g ou 4g. Somente consigo visualizar as câmeras quando o meu celular está conectado a uma rede Wi-Fi fixa. Já entrei em contato com o fabricante e até hoje não resolveram a questão. Este é um problema que tem acometido todas as pessoas que eu conheço o que usam este app.
Vale lembrar que o objetivo primordial deste app é exatamente acessar as câmeras quando estamos fora de casa.
Aguardo retorno e solução.

Não consigo abrir o app toda vez! Comprei as câmeras e não consigo usá-las. Toda vez q quero abrir o app, tenho q apagar e reinstalar. Mto chato!!!!
