Falta de suporte ao motorista tanto nas entregas tanto para tirar dúvidas, fiquei 45 minutos em um chat onde ninguém apareceu para sanar dúvidas, preciso trocar informações do veículo porém não tem essa opção. Preciso de ajuda.
ATENÇÃO PIOR APP PARA ENTREGADORES!
Até o momento não usei um app tão ruim para entregadores quanto esse.
Não existe segurança para o entregador, se a pessoa disser que não recebeu o produto você será banido, mesmo com foto tirada no momento de entrega.
o App engana! Ele te paga bem na primeira semana depois os valores chegam a serem abusivos e injustos!
Taxa paga por cada entrega para app e um roubo, eles ganham extremamente muito por cada entrega sua, com 0 esforço.
Valores mínimos extremamente baixos.
Problemas na devolução, se você precisa devolver um item não entregue prepare-se pra não receber nada por isso.
Chat não funciona, quase impossível falar com atendente, se conseguir vão fazer o possível pra te ignorar e terminar a chamada.
Demora no pagamento, eles demoram mais de 15 dias em alguns caso para te pagar ficam com seu dinheiro preso, agora o detalhe é que se você não tiver saldo no app e precisar fazer uma entrega que paga dinheiro eles não confiam você dever a comissão para eles!
Não paga cancelamento, se você estiver a caminho da coleta e a pessoa cancelar , o app não notifica direito você vai até o local de graça e não recebe nada!
O app não te atribui uma boa corrida, sempre que tem um valor bom mesmo que clique na entrega simultaneamente o app tira de você, como se te obrigasse a fazer entregas baratas e ruins.
Em fim o app só funciona para quem contrata o serviço já que o valor é baixo, e para o próprio app que lucra um absurdo com mínimo esforço.
As taxas cobradas por eles são um absurdo !
Agente praticamente paga para trabalhar. Nós fornecemos a mão de obra o veículo disponibilizamos gasolina do nosso bolso não temos suporte algum para trabalhar e eles cobram uma taxa absurda pelas corridas além de pagarem muito pouco por km … melhorem isso antes que apareça outro app melhor dando um suporte melhor para nós e vocês ficam no esquecimento, está muito ruim o valor pago pelo o app não está compensando além da gasolina estar muito cara
