Péssimo atendimento
Tive uma encomenda que o motoboy ficou passeando com o pedido e no fim ficou com ele.
Deram um prazo de 72 horas pra retornar e já passou 5 dias e nada.
Suporte péssimo, só mensagens prontas e parece que não ligam pro seu problema.
Iria usar sempre o serviço porque gostei dele mas como no primeiro problema já vi que eles não se importam em resolver, vou continuar usando os outros apps de entrega mesmo. Uma pena.

A Lalamove não tem Serviço de Atendimento ao Consumidor, telefone, nem e-mail. Só tem um chat que é péssimo, extremamente demorado, e se você falar que sua entrega sumiu, eles desligam na sua cara. Vários atendentes fizeram isso. E se você olhar no Reclame Aqui, você vai ver que muitas entregas somem, e 100% das reclamações não tem resposta da Lalamove.
Só mande entregar coisas que não tenham muito valor.
Cada vez pior
Confiei por pelos menos 1 ano na lalamove e seus motorista pois realmente funcionava, porem de uns 6 meses pra ca, o serviço so piora, cada vez mais dificil de encontrar motorista, quando encontra eh um pior q o outro… e o “sistema” de ajuda do app eh de uma inutilidade de fazer inveja no pudim.com
