Description
With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Your Lieferando app has a brand new look!
Based on your feedback, we improved the design. It’s easier than ever to order what you want – from groceries to delicious meals.
There are now more search options and filters, and we also improved the navigation speed.
On top of that, we added new features like:

Browse the most popular categories in your neighbourhood.
- New ‘For you’ section
Access StampCards and Loyalty Points by clicking ‘For you’ in the navigation.
- Bigger menu images
See what’s on offer at a glance. Like the look of something? Press ‘+’ to add it to your basket.
- Your cravings, saved
Your last order is saved for you, so you can come back to it anytime.

Ratings and Reviews
Worse delivery app I’ve ever used
No way to contact the restaurant even if your order is 2h late. No way to save your address properly. Only way to report a problem is by email, so don’t expect them to assist you fast enough. They also take the credibility from you feedback if you report the delivery took too long, what a shame. Extra: App has a horrible user experience.

New version
I like how the new version of the app appears and how it works. My only complain until now is that you cannot write a note about the order anymore. Something I could do before. So, no way to ask to not add any of the ingredients!!

The app is a mess, it doesn't offer intermediation between customer and restaurant, the only option they give is the “call the restaurant” button. There is no contact channel with the restaurant within the app and I also can't track where the delivery person is or communicate with him during the delivery! very weak, how do foreigners use the app?
