Too many ads, doesn’t save wallpapers

When you open the app, you are greeted with an ad. Then you close it and the app opens the “buy the app” page. You close it, go to select a category and then, another ad. Wallpapers aren’t shown in a list order, you have to swipe to view them. You click ‘save’, and even allowing the apps access to my photos, it doesn’t save anything.
