Good potential. Still not for beginners
I tried sending this feedback via email, but the email came back with and error.
First of all, great initiative with the app. I believe it has great potential.
I'll give you some constructive feedback:
- Some words are mislabeled when you click them. I can remember 说 as one of them. The pinyin for it was wrong also.
- I had to force close the app and open it again in order to access the new lesson each day. I'm on iOS btw.
- I subscribed through the website but had already logged in on the app previously. I had to log out and log back in to have my subscription activated on the app.
- Sometimes I just want to review yesterday's lesson because I usually take a lot of notes while studying and want to go back on something on a book etc, but on your app I can only access the one lesson for today
And finally, the one that, if fixed, would make me come back to using the app instantly:
- The questions section doesn't include pinyin or the feature where the user can click the word to see its meaning, assuming the user knows some hanzi that were not mentioned in the lesson. I kinda makes it impossible for, at my current level, to continue using the app 😭
I must say I was overjoyed when I first heard of your app. The idea is awesome and I truly believe it has a lot of potential.
I intend to come back to being a user again in the (near) future, when either I have some more experience with the hanzi or hopefully you implemented the feature I suggested 💙
