Bad system off signature

I was charged for a subscription to this app without a subscription confirmation, I had already uninstalled it and I was still charged. A value that I will greatly miss, this happened today and I want my money back. Subscriptions require payment confirmation in two stages, the free period and the renewal period if the customer wants (approval of payment) it and this APP did not offer this
