Não consigo usar!

Não consigo usar nada, ele pede para baixar a versão gratuita, mas aqui já fala que é gratuito e não há outro disponível. Comprei um pacote de R$16,90 para ver se consego usar, mas nem assim. Perdi tempo e dinheiro.
