This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of a charity called ACT on it, also a mindfulness therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology.

It’s a incredible app! I really like the meditation practices and the texts available. The instructions are easy and practical. The content is very rich. And best of all, it's all free.
