• Passion- Jenny has been a certified personal trainer for 16+ years, but fitness isn’t just her job, it’s her life’s passion. She is passionate about her own personal fitness, and she will be passionate about YOUR fitness, too!

• Programming- MYLF Fitness workouts are not just thrown together quickly. They are meticulously planned, tested, and re-worked several times before they even reach you. Jenny tries them all herself before they even have a chance of making the program. Each exercise in the program has a purpose (Hint: It’s not to make you miserable). The exercises are chosen to elicit changes in your body AND your mind.

• Proper form- Without correct technique, you will see minimal results (and it’s possible to get injured). Jenny’s strength is not just understanding the proper form for each exercise, but her keen ability to TEACH it to others.

• The Personal Touch- Being a personal trainer, Jenny understands the importance of personal interaction between trainers and their clients. Therefore, we decided to include a daily pep talk video from Jenny before each workout, so it feels a little more like working with a trainer.

The download of MYLF Fitness is free of charge. Should you use MYLF Fitness to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
