Versão 2.0

No Limits Mobile v2.0 brings a whole suite of new features that we are really excited about. Starting with a revamped home page, you can now track weekly progress goals that align with national societal guidelines. Check out our new "Introductory Course" as well, where we cover some of the latest scientific evidence for strength and conditioning as a wheelchair user and review expert tips and tricks to get you started on your fitness journey. We have also added 2 assessments to help you monitor your progress, including the scientifically validated Wheelchair User Shoulder Pain Index (WUSPI) and a 12 Minute Cardio Test for tracking cardiorespiratory fitness. Finally, we have added the ability to build custom exercises and workouts through the app so that you can make this resource as individualized as possible. We hope you enjoy the update, and always appreciate any feedback you'd like to give!
