The NoraGO app is an application that requires access from your service provider to view their content. The NoraGO app does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios. Setplex is the software development entity behind the NoraGO app which is built to be a media player for the provider to offer their content to the end user.

Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider). After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content. If you have issues logging in or technical issues please contact your service provider NOT Setplex.

New Issues

Very good, light, functional, but there are features to implement:
1-Favorites on the Home tab (to add channels that we want) Example: when we click and hold the Ok button, it is marked as favorites (heart icon for example at the top left channel) and if you do it again, deselect (remove icon).
2-Guide option when watching a channel, that is, I can be watching a channel and on the right of the screen I can see the guide of the other channels.
