Poderia melhorar
Acho um bom App, porém da alguns bugs e tem que fechar e abrir de novo. Meu maior problema é: quando chega o pedido o mesmo não chega notificação no celular, isso é péssimo! Foram raras as vezes que chegou. Pra mim isso é um ponto muito negativo. Infelizmente

Não entendo o porquê de tantas pessoas reclamando de um app perfeito, estou utilizando no meu negócio e super recomendo pode comprar sem medo. O sistema é super completo cheio de vantagens, facilidades e benefícios, uma das coisas que mais me chamou é super facilidade que o cliente tem de fazer o pedido, sem contar o atendimento automático do chat bot.
Uma observação; não existe sistema sem falhas ou bugs.
Péssima atualização
Utilizo há algum tempo e tem sido muito bom mesmo na versão gratuita, porém, cada vez mais tentam empurrar a versão paga de forma que fica inviável continuar utilizando. Depois que colocaram um banner gigante e ridículo no topo da tela que impede a visualização normal do catálogo, não tem como usar. Uma pena que indiquei para várias pessoas, mas o app decaiu muito
