The OpenWind App is an extension for the OpenWind instrument, designed to receive all the Data measured during sail time, such as:
- pitch/roll of the vessel
- compass
- true wind speed and direction
- apparent wind speed and direction
- course over ground
- speed over ground
The App also gives information about the battery level of the instrument and the strength of the bluetooth connection.
The App only works after connecting to the OW instrument.

Bang for the Buck!
OpenWind is a software that works with the Openwind wind measuring sensor and is a very interesting addition for your small or medium sized sailing yacht.
I’ve been using it for 6 months and, at a very affordable cost, have information that would only be available on systems several times more expensive. The evolution of the software is very customer oriented and the response of the company awesome
Really recommend it!
