-Subscription Description:Users will get a 1-year Picture Insect Premium which includes identifing insects without limits, getting answers from entomologists, studying insects with numerous info, unique HD insect-theme wallpapers, and no watermarks or ads.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Não consigo cancelar
A compra foi feita por engano! E não consigo cancelar!!!!!! Quero cancelar a compra! Se não for possível cancelar a compra quero cancelar a assinatura! No app não tem opção de como fazer! Pessimo!!! Fui cobrada 77 reais!!!!!! E não consigo o estorno!!! péssimo aplicativo! Quando eu cliquei pra sair ele cobrou a compra em apenas 1 click!!! E foi debitado no meu cartão!!!!
Já mandei e-mail! Vários!! Já mandei msg por aqui!! E nada eh feito!!

Lamentamos muito essa identificação errônea, mas há uma expectativa antecipada em nosso mecanismo de identificação de que a imagem que você carrega no nosso aplicativo deve ser uma espécie de inseto. Portanto, nosso aplicativo só pode identificar insetos. Se você enviar uma selfie, nosso aplicativo também a identificará como uma espécie de inseto. Se você quiser testar se nosso aplicativo funciona ou não, você pode enviar algumas fotos de insetos. Agradecemos se você puder nos tentar novamente.
