IA que não funciona e game mal elaborado
A empresa em que eu trabalho criou um desafio para participarmos deste app. Apesar de no início eu ter gostado, a falta de retorno da equipe do app e a IA extremamente mal treinada me fizeram ter uma experiência péssima com o App.
A IA demora 1 semana para validar as refeições, além disso ele apresenta vários falsos negativos que atrapalham a gameficação proposta. Por consequência das inúmeras falhas, a equipe de atendimento que antes havia prometido um tempo de resposta de 2 dias demora semanas para dar resposta e quando dão resposta é uma reposta genérica e sem alma.
