Nice app, but it stills got annoying bugs
Nice app, bmw connected shares its trails with rever which is nice whenever we forget to record a ride. One simply share an auto-recorded ride from bmw connected straight to rever.
I’m in Brazil and there aren’t many saved tracks around yet. I still use wikiloc to get ride inspiration. Hope other Brazilians join it so we can grow a community here too.
It recordes rides, auto-pauses and it has some interesting features like ride challenges (not around here yet) and social media-like features like timelines, shares, likes etc.
These features helps one get ride inspirations and meet other riders.
Its usability is a bit confusing sometimes, because recorded rides, imported rides and particularly planned rides kind of all look the same and mix up. It’s weird because the app demands a ride date of a planned ride.
It lacks sharing gpx in the phone app (only web) so one can’t share tracks within apps. It only shares an image of the ride track to post on social medias. Interesting but useless.
Now the bugs.
- It is still not saving editions (it says the ride doesn’t have enough data) and it often keeps asking me to login every time I open the app on an iPhone 8+.
