WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I had barely arrived at Oxford, and needed a quick ride back home (I was at a mall). The moment the driver saw me, he started to yell at me, saying he “called me a thousand times” and even after I showed him that there were no calls left in my voicemail and continuously apologised, he proceeded to lecture me throughout the entire ride about what I had done wrong (by the way, I had to pay extra for the “inconvenience”). I thought this was just a one time thing, so I ordered another taxi again (big mistake). Only this time, after I gave clear instructions on where he should pick me up (which was a shopping mall, so there was no way he couldn’t locate it) he asked me to go to where he parked the car (a block away),and right after I arrived at the spot, he simply cancelled the ride with no explanation (to clarify, this wasn’t the first ride that had been cancelled). So I advise you, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP, THE DRIVERS HAVE NO REGARDS TO THEIR CLIENTS.
