The app does not work since the october issue. I can not download my magazines and no one from the magaine answered my requests for information. Terrible customer experience!

Very upset... Can't open or download my magazines since OS upgrade

I subscribe to this magazine for over a year now (october/2014) and since I upgraded my iPAD's OS the app doesn't work... Can't even read past months' issues. I'm very upset... Tried contacting the magazine and didn't even get a reply back.
