Samsung Galaxy Fit (Gear Fit‪)‬ Brazil L +4

Levei algumas horas para conectar no meu iPhone Xr. Um detalhe importante foi não conectar o wath pela função bluetooth do iPhone, e sim conectar direto pelo aplicativo apenas com o bluetooth ligado. Foi assistindo um vídeo americano que notei meu erro.
De modo geral achei o app fácil. No entanto deveria ter essa explicação minimamente no manual aos donos de iPhone, pois eu estava cogitando devolvê-lo.

Não encontra Galaxy Fit e no iPhone 7. Depois que a pulseira esta conectada ao Bluetooth, ao seleciona-lá no app, é feita a busca, mas ele não encontra a smartband.

Dear user, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please connect the gear to the app through the Galaxy Fit app first, not through bluetooth. Although it's a Gear Fit2 Pro in the video, the process is similar.

Comprei um fit e, tenho um iPhone 7 e não consigo conectar a pulseira ao celular, ele fica carregando dizendo estar conectando mas no fim nada acontece, ja retirei da lista de pareados do cel, mas mesmo assim nao funciona.

Hi User, it is really unfortunate to know that. Please try the following to resolve it:
1. Make sure you are using the latest vesion of the Galaxy Fit app
2. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
3. After installing the app try to pair the Gear to the phone through the app. Do connect it via Bluetooth before establishing connection through the app. You can try setting it up as demonstrated in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84Yhgu4Cn5A&t=71s
