* Latency is supreme (below 1 second) when you have good wifi network conditions

* No hidden subscriptions or costs

* Black screen issues: Some third party apps prevent screen mirroring. When you try to mirror them, you will just see a black screen on your TV, for example with Netflix and Disney+. This is a restriction chosen by Netflix and others, so we cannot fix it at the moment.

It simply doesn’t work

I’ve tried everything. It connects and after 10 seconds the Tv freeze lá and stops working. In any simple application, could be photos, iPhone desktop, whatever. I want my money back. Thanks

Please also add information about the sender device (example: iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1) and the receiver device (example Roku model xyz with software version abc). You can find the information in your Roku menu at "Settings" -> "System" -> "Info".
