Excelente monitor de sono Excellent Sleep Monitor by Apple Watch

Uso este app há mais de 6 meses e realmente foi o único que encontrei que usa o relógio para monitorar seu sono. Após usar por várias noites direto ele começa fazer comparações e avaliações mais amplas tipo dizer que nos últimos dois meses hoje você atingiu 37% de decaimento de batimentos cardíacos. Gosto e recomendo, tem análises e dados suficientes na versão Free, a versão paga me parece ser bem profissional também, não mudei por que não senti necessidade ainda.
I Love this app and really uses your watch to monitor your sleep. After while using the app he can analyze and make conclusions about your heart rate dip and the studies that support the evaluations. The free version has enough information about deep sleep, light sleep, and so on. I am really recommend this app.
