Swapfiets is world’s first bicycle subscription. For a fixed monthly fee you get a Swapfiets bike and we make sure it always works! If something is wrong with your bike, plan your appointment with our app. You can visit our store or we will come to you within 24 hours, wherever you are in the city. We will fix or swap your bike for a working one.

We’ve added a screen to see the details of your subscription. You can find information about your type of subscription, the price, end date of your contract if applicable etc.
Next to that we’re testing an iteration in the flow to report a missing bike.

Really poor customer support, lots of catches
I’ve been waiting since November for an inquiry I opened in their website (no way to do it from the app, tied to your account).
The terms are not clear at all for those who need to make a pause in the subscription.
And now that I decided to end the subscription, I just learned that I’ll have to pay for another month, unable to use the bike for more than a couple of days. Not the kind of company that I’d like to rely on again in the future, unfortunately.
