Too bad, remove files
I installed this app in order to sync files between my iMac and a ultrabook (PC) via Wi-Fi In the early days, worked perfectly, because he just copied the files from Mac to PC. However, the next few days came the problems. Instead it copy the new files from Mac to PC, simply began removing everything (on both sides). Simply, do not recommend. Money was thrown in the trash.
Great sync software!
I've been looking for a simple way to sync my files between my Macbook Pro and my Dell Windows notebook. Syncmate was the answer! The sync process is very simple (you just need to install Syncmate on your Mac and a free Syncmate app on your Windows system; Syncmate for Mac will immediately recognize all PCs in your local network).
One problem that I've found in other sync softwares was some sync errors when you deleted or moved files from the source or the target. If you can't rely on your sync software, you will never be comfortable if your files are all there exactly as you have saved them.
So, until now, I was very skeptical about sync softwares. But Syncmate was a positive experience, since that I didn't find any sync error between my two notebooks.
Syncmate also worked for my contacts and bookmarks.
I've not tried to sync other devices (Syncmate can also sync iPhones and Androids).
Overall, I recommend Syncmate, for the sync precision and simple configuration.
