Primeiramente o programa é bem eficaz. Poderiam adicionar no campo de status um outro campo para deixar mensagens ou recados para todos. Quando conversamos no chat no pc a menagem que eu enviou fica se repetindo na tela do meu Celular. O correto seria somente a do cliente aparecer. Obrigado

Sem notificação

Ótimo app mas ultimamente os meus clientes abrem conversa no chat e não aparece a notificação pra mim no iPhone. Já fui mas configurações e está tudo ativo. Já perdi vários chats de clientes por falta de notificações na tela do aparelho.

Thank you for your patience as you experienced challenges with our app.

Several factors can cause missed notifications on your iOS app.

These include notification, alert and preview settings. The iOS version of your device may also be a factor.

A notification may also be removed from the iOS Notification Center if the chat request is answered by another agent or chat has ended.

You can enable the "Keep notifications" option from the app in Settings -> Notifications & sounds
