O NOA Cidadão é um aplicativo da Transalvador/Prefeitura Municipal do Salvador, que segue o modelo colaborativo, permitindo ao cidadão fazer solicitações referente ao trânsito, consultar a situação da solicitação.
O colaborador também receberá através do aplicativo informações sobre eventos que por ventura venham a interferir no trânsito da Cidade.

Ideia boa, mas não funciona.
Retirei foto de carro abandonado, vias interditadas e etc… e nada resolveu, nem resposta tive, desinstalei.
Inconsistência
Vendi um vw polo em 2020 e até hoje não consigo excluir do NOA, nem adicionar o veículo atual. Sem falar que as demandas da periferia não são atendidas.
