Joana: And we are here today to present our creation.

Caio: Ok, first, we had the idea of making our creation after researching what kind of object was missing in the lives of people with a bad financial condition.

Bruno: So, we saw that in many places with these conditions, adults teach children to make their own toys, and to reuse materials that they would no longer use for making them.That's why we created our toy boat.

Caio: To make this toy, we use: a plastic bottle, a scissor, a toothpick, a paper, a ribbon and pens to decorate.

Joana: To make the boat, first we take the bottle and cut it in half. Then, we tape the toothpick to the middle of the bottle. After that, we cut a triangle-shaped piece of paper and glue it to the toothpick, making it look like a candle. Finally, we decorate the boat with a red pen.

Caio: If you are going to do it, you can decorate the boat as you like, and place another object under the boat, as if you were a sailor for example.

Bruno: We think that our creation is good for the environment due to several facts. One of them is that to do it, you can use reusable materials, that is, assign a new function to something that we would no longer use.

Joana: Besides that, our creation decreases the production of toys if more children start and produce them. This way of producing toys mainly helps children with a low financial condition to have toys, since it is only necessary to reuse materials to produce them.

Caio: Last but not least, our creation encourages children to produce their own toys, awakening their imaginations. in addition, they not only reduce expenses, but also reduce the use of materials that affect the environment, such as plastic...
