app not working well

so, when i first downloaded the app, I had access to celeb voices and could do the covers with them, which said they would be ready in an hour. but 3 hours passed and they were not ready. then i decided to delete and install the app again to see if it was a glitch, but then i lost access to the celeb voices. like they cannot be found ANYWHERE. wtf??
