O proprietário pode fazer o que quiser com os clientes da plataforma sem nenhuma punição!
Consegui fazer a reserva tranquilo, paguei 3 meses antes, e chagando agora em cima da hora da viajem o anfitrião falou que a data que eu já tinha reservado e pago por ela, ele não tinha mais disponível que só tinha um outro dia que não dava pra mim ir, liguei na central da VRBO mas me senti desamparado, pq se ele quiser cancelar ele pode e eu não posso fazer nada, só fico no prejuízo, o dinheiro vai ser reembolsado, porém a segurança que eu tinha de uma viajem tranquilo e programada foi por água a baixo, estou muito decepcionado com a plataforma e com o anfitrião dono do ap!
Acho isso uma falta de respeito, falta de profissionalismo e de empatia com o próximo!
