Hello! We are sorry to hear the app does not meet your expectations, however, we try to make it very clear in the App Store, and also in the app.

Nonetheless, to get a refund, please go into your phones settings > subscriptions and cancel :) The App Store will refund what you paid.

Also, please reconsider your 1 star review as we never claimed we are a streaming service, and try to make it very clear from the beginning.

Hi :) Sorry to hear you had a bad experience! However, it’s stated in the app description and in the app itself that Watched is not for streaming, but for exploring, tracking and managing your favorite shows.

Eu dei uma estrela pois não consigo dar início a nenhum filme ou série que quero, eu acho que o aplicativo era exatamente para assistir né? E eu não estou conseguindo.

Thanks you for your feedback, we appreciate it a lot. You are also correct in your statement - Watched is not for streaming :) This is stated in the description and on the welcome card when you launch the app for the first time. Instead Watched is for managing and being up to date on your favorite shows.
