We keep on carefully studying the comments and feature requests to make the application even more user-friendly, valuable and functional.
So, below are the enhancements we have made:

— we have increased the number of drinks and their influence ratio on your body hydration;
— now the Settings offer more types of training sessions and exercises - ranging from cycle rides to TRX. We consider their complexity, intensity and duration which might influence your water intake.
— in close collaboration with nutrition expert, we have improved the daily water intake formula with allowance for the individual differences and lifestyle of users.
— other enhancements have been made to ensure stability and reliability of the app.

Não leva os dados para o HealthKit

A proposta é boa mas o app não cadastra os dados no HealthKit. Precisa melhorar isso urgentemente.

Falta a possibilidade de inserir quantidades de líquido personalizados...
Como eu coloco, por exemplo, 220ml?
