File Name Rules doesn’t change

I subscribed the xnip app and I can’t change the File Name Rules. This feature isn’t able for subscribers?

Damaged?

“Xnip.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Xnip.app” and download it again from the App Store.
