Love some of the wig vendors
I’ve been ordering wigs here since forever and I’ve not received any bad hair yet I may have received poor service from some wig sellers when it comes to shipping and refunds but overall I’m satisfied with the others that those few does not discourage my purchases from ali
Sometimes you win sometimes you lose
The app isn’t reliable enough. The platform doesn’t provide much assistance when your dealing with scammers, they leave you to fight your own battles. My advice is to always read the reviews and even then, the reviews are sometimes fake. This website is definitely a hit and miss. Some sellers are honest others are not so honest and when you ask for refund the they refuse. You have to do due diligence before making any purchase or call it a lost because you may never receive the item and you will never get your money back. This platform is all for the seller, the buyers have no protection and it’s sad. While some prices are good most sellers aren’t reliable and you end up losing a lot of money because of AliExpress process that they’ve created for the sellers to always win.
Seamless Shopping & Budget friendly
I love the app and the seamless payment method. I love that you are able to see reviews and how much the seller has sold because that helps me determine my decision to purchase. I especially love winning coupons, freebies and the option to accumulate coins in exchange for goods! I do suggest changing the shipping options because there are times I'm purchasing multiple items from one seller and I am charged shipping for each item instead of for the entire bill. That needs to be changed.
