App doesn’t work since the recent update
The app doesn’t work anymore to topup using a debit card. The last update broke something because it no longer allows me to topup or apply a plan like I used too. Aliv please get your act together.
Broken app
The ALIV portion of the app does not allow me to login with my credentials anymore. And before that when I was allowed to log in via the app, I couldn’t purchase a plan because the option was grayed out. This also seems to be an issue on the web portal as well and has been going on for a long time.
Basic App
App hardly ever works, most times I can’t sign on my account. It needs improvement.
