Btc and still loving it in 2024
All i have to say is this service is the best to me..
Terrible! Unsatisfied postpaid customer
You can no longer view your bill statements and usage in the app. It only presents you with an option to pay or autopay a bill without knowing what you are paying for. I have had instances where my bill had to be adjusted for mistakes on the billing and now you can’t even see the monthly bill before paying. Ridiculous. Give me the old app back!
No Info on daily usage
Before, postpaid customers were able to keep track of their plan usage and balance. Now we’re not able to do so. Please restore this ability.
