App not working

App has been crashing for about 2-3 months now. It took me 8 tries to send a transfer to another account holder because everytime I attempted to transfer, the app kept closing before I could complete. Now (July 23,23) the app wants to do an update, I clicked update and nothing is happening nor is it allowing me to get into the app at all. Frustrating. Giving three starts because prior to May, there were no issues.

Needs Work/Consistent Updates

Great design, functions well (sometime), very user friendly. However, the app fails to send notifications. If email alerts are turned on, then transactions alerts go to the email, but nothing comes to the app. How am I supposed to sign in on a new device if I am not receiving notifications to approve the log in? Also, I am unable to add transfer recipients… I constantly get the message “sorry we could not complete your request.” What’s the purpose of having the feedback section of the app if the submit button doesn’t work??

Needs work asap.

App keeps logging me out

I’m not able to log into my scotia app without signing in about 4 times , it keep logging out on its own . It’s very annoying and frustrating. Please fix your app
