If I could give this thing negative stars I would. It’s almost as though Scotia doesn’t want you to actually redeem points…
The mobile app for banking is super smooth, whereas this thing is god-awful. Please go back to the drawing board with this one.

It’s not letting me sign in it’s saying system is down
Hi I’ve been trying to get on the reward app now for a week it’s keep saying system is down can y’all please fix it I’m trying to use some points to travel

Never works
App takes me to authenticate but gives me an error saying services are unavailable. Help! This is ridiculously inconvenient and I can only make flight changes in app! I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times wtf
