Solo Mums Village bridges the gap between single mothers. It is a platform for us to connect, build friendships, share resources, knowledge, and services with each other in real time. With SMV you can find assistance & support from people just like you.
As a single mother, the biggest barriers to finding, accepting, and utilising any support is most commonly shame, guilt, or fear of failure.
But, there is a willingness and strong desire from one single mother to another to share and offer support. Solo Mum Village provides a safe and secure platform for all single mothers to access support, provide support to other single mothers, and connect, regardless of geographical location.
SMV is built and owner operated by an Aussie single mum. There are over one million single parents families in Australia-80% of those are single mums. There isn’t a single tool that exists that provides easy connection and practical support for us mums.
Use our forum for free and ask questions of other single mums who have been through it. SMV is safe and secure, with safety processes in place and verified ID when joining. The team are working live behind the scenes. We are here with you, linking, managing, and building – the heart beat of single mum support.
