We Are Undefeatable 4+

Get tailored activities to suit your health condition and follow along whenever and wherever you want. Co-designed with 15 of the UK’s leading health charities, the We Are Undefeatable app, powered by Good Boost, will help you to get moving no matter your current activity level.

The We Are Undefeatable app provides easy to follow activity programmes you can take part in, in your own time. These include pre-made activity sessions and individually-tailored programmes. The tailored programmes have the options of: Body part and Goal focused
activities. Body part focused activities are specific to one or more body parts. Goal focused activities are specific to a particular goal, such as balance, strength or cardio movements. You can complete these sessions at any time that works for you.

Join our virtual We Are Undefeatable group, with virtual group sessions where people can be active together with an expert host for 10 to 40 minutes. Although you meet as a group, the movements you receive on your device are personalised to you - ensuring every person taking part in the group is working on something unique to them.

The host will be there to make sessions interactive, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Every host is different, and some may lead group stretches, warm-ups, and breathing exercises; as well as hosting guided meditation after the session.
