Add students:
We’re enabling counsellors to onboard new students immediately after meeting without having to be at your desk. Counsellors can easily add new students to the Agent Portal. Students then receive an auto-generated welcome email containing their login details and a download link for the Adventus.io app.

Scan documents:
Adding new documents to applications is easy with auto-detect for ID cards. Our OCR scanning technology both auto-fills details and identifies country of origin for documents. Both students and counsellors can simply launch the app and use the document scanning feature as needed.

Quickly update details:
Keeping applications up-to-date is easy with the Adventus.io app. Both counsellors and students can navigate to the student profile and select ‘edit’ to update details wherever they are.

Get notifications on the go:
Now you’ll never miss a notification. When offers come through, counsellors are notified through the app. When counsellors select the notification, the student’s details are shown to help counsellors immediately deliver the good news.

Seamlessly track applications:
All data from your Adventus.io account is integrated across the app. Staying abreast of application status and updates is all accessible from your pocket.
