Worst app ever
What the hell is this app. I have been registered earlier and tried to do transactions but no, even after filling up all its asking me to fill all the spaces required for transactions.
I tried to delete the app and reinstall it, it is not allowing me to log in. When I tried to register, it’s showing that I have already registered.
BDBL should really work well. It’s been more than 10 days. Causing inconveniences to the fellow citizens.
Even if we try to call, they don’t have the curtesy to receive the call.
RMA should really look into this as well, not only BOB.
Toll free number engage
Toll free number 1424 is always in engage whenever we call. No alternative number also. And also about loan statement, we can see only the loan balance..no details such as interest, EMI amount, overdue payment and so on.. if it’s like BNBL than we are most happy with your service la .
