Description
The BodyClub offers video training programs, which are executed with the Easy Motion Skin system. Frequencies are referenced directly to the videos and are adjusted automatically between 7 Hertz, 40 Hertz, 85 Hertz and 100 Hertz. Up to four trainees can practice with the Easy Motion Skin system according to the videos and with guidance of experienced fitness trainers.
