Description

Our professional development programme supports young 1st and 2nd generation migrants as well as all disadvantaged youths to help them succeed in Britain. The programme is free and applicants are between 16 and 25 years old and they gain mentoring, workshops, work experiences and connections. We have a wide range of senior mentors from more than 95 FTSE100 and leading firms. We are also proud of our corporate partnerships and their impact on the deserving young people we support. Examples include: Anglo American, Smith & Nephew, Kantar, ABB, Westcon-Comstor, Illumina, Ipsos, Salesforce, Sparta Global, Meta, CBRE, First Mode, Swan Partners, Starbucks, Kingfisher, KPMG, Ciena, NatWest and BP.
