Description
(1)縣府1、2級機關、公所之使用者可以本專案15個試辦村里長為對象，發布訊息(如災害資訊、會堪通知、村里資訊等)給指定村里長。
(2)機關使用者可查閱發布時間、是否發布成功、村里長是否點選閱讀或其閱讀時間，發布的對象總數，已點選閱讀之人數及比例。
(3)村里長可經由平板電腦、智慧手機或瀏覽器接收、查閱各機關所發布之訊息及附件。
(4)村里長如使用平板電腦或智慧手機接收上述訊息時，應能主動提醒村里長閱讀。
