Log in problem
I can’t log in instantly. I have to keep on trying it several times, or close the app completely and reopen it for me to have access. It says “invalid request “. Otherwise the browser doesn’t give me a headache.
Worst app ever!!! Never works
This app is so horrible. It never works!!! When you log on you have to pray. And 9 out of 10 chances are it will not light you in. Password expires and you can’t refuses to change it. It wants you to always be in the bank!! The help line staff can’t do anything about it. Wants me to upgrade but there is not upgrade available on the Apple App Store. Absa Botswana please do something about this before I jump ship!
Electricity Token Number Issue
User friendly Interface.
Issue: When we purchase electricity from the app, we don't get the sms for the token number immediately. Please try and mention the token number on the app so that we don’t need to wait for the sms.
