BOCRA (Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority) was established through the Communications Regulatory Authority Act, 2012 (CRA Act) on the 1st of April 2013 to regulate the communications sector in Botswana, comprising telecommunications, Internet and Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs), radio communications, broadcasting, postal services and related matters.
BOCRA app is a mobile app developed to empower telecommunications consumers in Botswana. The main intention of the app is to act as an additional tool to consumers for easy access of BOCRA services. It helps consumers to lodge complaints, enquiries and feedback directly to BOCRA about telecommunication services in Botswana. With BOCRA app you can::
- Send complaints about service providers to BOCRA. The consumer should have exhausted all possible complaint structure within the service provider before sending to BOCRA
-Send inquiries directly to BOCRA
-Take Surveys to provide feedback about telecommunication services
