Drop in is a solution for two real problems.
1. Reducing overhead cost for entrepreneurs.
2. Creating revenue for un-utilized commercial space.
At Drop in, a “Provider” is a company or person with available commercial space. The Provider can list their commercial space for entrepreneurs to book:
• By the hour
• By the day
• By the week
• And up to 1 month
A “User” is someone like yourself - an entrepreneur who needs short-term commercial space for work.
A “Drop in” is any type of commercial space that is listed for Users to book.
However, Drop in is not just for booking office space. You can list almost any type of commercial space.
If a Provider has an available salon chair, it can list on Drop in.
Providers can list a Parking lot, Event hall, Commercial kitchen, Studio, Storefront, Warehouse, etc. Just name it, you can list it on Drop in for a short term booking.
Today’s mindset of the entrepreneur is shifting and the sharing economy has taken hold.
