Description

Rental Property and Workorder Manager allows you to track and manage your rental property from your iPhone or iPad. It allows you to occupy and vacate apartments for multiple buildings you own. You can track tenant leases and payments for rent, parking and maintenance on a monthly basis. Track balances and bounced checks. Call, text or email tenants directly from the app.

Obtain a list of all vacant apartments in your buildings and see who is past due on rent. The app timestamps and tracks all transactions.

The workorder manager function keeps track of repairs that need to be made to buildings and/or apartments. Take pictures of the work or repair and attach it to the workorder Assign contracts to individual workorders and Call, text or email your maintenance contractors directly from the app. Keep track of which workorder is open and how much the repair cost.
